Our Story
Mad Rider Studio was founded by Zakhar Hurov in 2022 in Poland. Despite its short history, the team has quickly grown, bringing together talented young level designers and artists, all of whom are passionate fans of various game genres. Since 2022, the team has successfully completed numerous projects, working with both international clients and Polish game development companies. Our designers have contributed to such titles as Medic, Pacific War, Ship Graveyard 2, Kao The Kangaroo, and the Silent Hill 2 Remake.
Currently, we are rapidly expanding, not only developing our own original IP but also serving as an outsourcing partner for several upcoming projects that will soon be announced to the community.

Our Team & Values
Here are the values that we consider essential for our company:
1. We are gamers ourselves, and it’s crucial to us that the content we create is something we would enjoy playing. No matter the scale of the project—whether it’s an indie puzzle game or a AAA shooter — each level we design or decorate must be as immersive and engaging as possible.
2. Attention to detail and meeting client expectations. We put our artistic vision into every project and work hard to ensure the game environments we create feel realistic and believable. Environmental storytelling and close collaboration with our clients help us achieve this. We aim to design levels that fit seamlessly into the game’s lore, ensuring players don’t feel frustrated or disconnected while playing.
3. Ambition and Growth. We are ambitious and committed to creating only high-quality content that makes a mark in the gaming industry. Our goal is to become a leading studio, offering top-tier co-development services while also developing our own original IP. This isn’t just a lofty goal — it’s a clear direction we are actively pursuing. We focus on continuous improvement, staying innovative, and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards, no matter how bold our vision may seem.

Innovating with Quality
At Mad Rider Studio, we strive to bring something fresh to the industry. We believe that only high-quality, well-crafted content, combined with strong community engagement, can achieve this. Through creativity, innovation, and a deep respect for the player, we aim to deliver enjoyable, memorable and unique experiences.
Our Services
Level Design
Our team consists of experienced and creative level designers who are not afraid of challenges. The process is divided into several stages, starting with pre-production and research, where we study references, gather materials, and design the gameplay flow on paper. This is followed by the development of blockout geometry and the placement of gameplay elements, with subsequent iterations to refine the experience.
Level Art
We use both ready-made assets from Megascans or the Epic Store, as well as custom models created by our amazing 3D artists. Whether it’s a realistic style or fully stylized, our materials and models are game-ready and perfectly suited to the environment. The level dressing phase is also broken down into several stages depending on the workload and the client’s needs.
Tech Art
We handle optimization, visual effects, and technical solutions, ensuring smooth performance and a seamless experience. Working in Unreal Engine 5, we use its latest technologies wisely, with a deep understanding of how they function. We also have experience optimizing lighting on levels, upscaling (Nvidia DLSS 3 / AMD FSR), and improving the performance of visual effects.
